Ground Maintenance Contract – Newcastle

Project Background

Doorunga was successfully chosen via a competitive social enterprise inclusion tender, delivering comprehensive Ground Maintenance, weed Management, Graffiti Removal and Solar Panel Cleaning services. This 8-year contract covers 104 sites across the greater Newcastle Region, ensuring expert maintenance of facilities. Services include routine lawn care and gardening, weed control, solar panel cleaning, and graffiti removal.

Our dedicated Indigenous team leverages advanced equipment, including robotic mowers for challenging terrain, to provide highly efficient and top-quality service. Demonstrating an impeccable record, Doorunga has achieved zero non-conformances and received merit for their outstanding work on this contract. Doorunga designed a specialised ArcGIS data system that streamlines planning and data capture, providing real-time monitoring of all project work activities for both Doorunga and the client.
